Employee Management

The OHS Assist Application takes an employee first approach to managing Health and Safety. Our reference to "employees" includes casual/ temporary, contractors, suppliers and all other persons working on your site(s). Through the creation of employee profiles, we create dynamic OHS compliance requirements. Each activity in your organisation provides a unique exposure to hazards and risks, and therefore the employees involved in these processes are exposed to a unique set of hazards and risks.
