Tasking & Workflow

The OHS Assist Application makes creating and monitoring tasks for users a simple and efficient process. Tasks can be created both on the Mobile Application as well as on the Web Dashboard. Tasks send users an App Notification to their smart device with the details of the task to be completed.

The OHS Assist App currently has two types of tasks:

1. General Tasks

2. Specific Tasks

General Tasks:

Create a written task to be completed by a certain time.

Specific Tasks:

Create a task from a list of options including:

- Completing a specific Inspection/ Checklist

- Completing a OHS Legal Appointment

- Completing a Incident Report/ Investigation

- Completing an OHS Audit

With specific task instructions the user is navigated to the document specified in the task and only on completion of the document is the task marked as complete.
